Important Note:
You have the right to inspect and try the item before accepting it. Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted.
If you decide not to accept the item after inspection, a delivery fee of 60 EGP will be charged to cover the courier’s service.
We want you to be fully happy with your purchase! Here’s everything you need to know:
We offer exchange and return within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Consumer Protection Authority guidelines.
However, please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons:
Underwear, Bras, Hot Shorts, and Boxers.
Conditions for Exchange or Return:
⟡ The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
⟡ Items must be returned exactly as received, without any damage or signs of use.
⟡ Requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours (excluding Fridays, which is our weekly holiday). Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the courier for delivery.
What is your return policy?
At Flex Fit, your satisfaction comes first!
You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact).
🔹 Please note: Returns are only accepted while the courier is still present. Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer allowed.
🔹 If you choose not to accept the item after inspection, a 60 EGP courier fee applies.
🔹 For hygiene reasons, Underwear, Bras, Hot Shorts, and Boxers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
